At Rich Chick Nails, we take pride in providing high-quality, handmade press-on nails. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any used or opened nail sets.

Charms & Embellishments

Our nail sets may include charms and decorative embellishments that are securely applied. However, due to the handmade nature of the product and normal wear, charms may occasionally loosen or fall off. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect each order before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

Order Issues

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer is not eligible for refund or replacement.
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not our responsibility. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Custom & Handmade Items

All sets are handmade and may have slight variations. These variations are normal and part of the unique handmade quality and are not considered defects.
